From school principal to
your career clarity guide
Jenny Cole knows what it's like to stand at the intersection of exhaustion and ambition - and not quite know which way to turn. As a former school principal, she spent years navigating the same questions that educators everywhere grapple with: Am I still in the right role? Is this leadership position really for me? Do I stay, step up, or step away?
Those questions - and the lack of any real framework to answer them - drove Jenny to create the Teach, Lead or Leave system. It wasn't born in a boardroom. It came from the staffroom, the classroom, and her own lived experience at the front of Australian education.
